Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BullCRM, including our website, software, applications, CRM tools, communication tools, automation features, WhatsApp Business communication features, email features, campaign tools, integrations, and related services.

BullCRM is provided by Jamtech Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “BullCRM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By creating an account, accessing BullCRM, using our services, or connecting any third-party service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use BullCRM.

  1. About BullCRM

BullCRM is a CRM and customer communication platform that helps businesses manage leads, contacts, conversations, campaigns, customer support, sales workflows, automation, and related business activities.

BullCRM may include features such as:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Lead and contact management
  • WhatsApp Business communication tools
  • Shared inbox and customer conversations
  • Message template management
  • Campaign and notification tracking
  • Email and communication tools
  • Automation and chatbot features
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Integrations with third-party services

Some features may be available only on selected plans or may require third-party approvals, accounts, or additional charges.

  1. Eligibility

You may use BullCRM only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use BullCRM on behalf of a company, organization, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

You must provide accurate registration, billing, and business information and keep it updated.

  1. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.

You agree to:

  • Use accurate account information
  • Keep your password and access credentials secure
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Ensure that users under your account comply with these Terms
  • Use appropriate permissions for your team members

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  1. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Payment

BullCRM may offer free, trial, paid, usage-based, or custom plans.

By subscribing to a paid plan or using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, usage charges, message charges, wallet charges, and other amounts shown to you.

Fees may include:

  • Subscription fees
  • Usage-based charges
  • WhatsApp messaging charges
  • Email usage charges
  • Add-on charges
  • Integration or setup charges
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Taxes or government levies

We may change our pricing, plans, or included features from time to time. Any major pricing change will be communicated before it applies to your active subscription, where required.

Failure to pay may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of your access to BullCRM.

  1. Wallet and Recharge

Certain BullCRM services, including WhatsApp messaging or other usage-based services, may require wallet balance or prepaid credits.

Wallet balance may be used for:

  • WhatsApp template messages
  • Campaign messages
  • Usage-based communication services
  • Add-on or automation usage
  • Other paid services shown in your account

Wallet balance is not a bank account, deposit account, or stored-value financial product. It is used only for paying BullCRM service charges and eligible usage charges.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, wallet recharges and prepaid credits are non-refundable after use. Unused wallet balance may be subject to our refund policy, billing policy, or applicable law.

  1. Third-Party Services and Integrations

BullCRM may allow you to connect third-party services, including Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform, email service providers, payment gateways, telephony providers, analytics tools, or other platforms.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize BullCRM to access, process, store, and use relevant data from that service only as needed to provide BullCRM features.

You are responsible for:

  • Having a valid account with the third-party provider
  • Following the provider’s terms, policies, and laws
  • Maintaining required approvals and permissions
  • Paying third-party fees, if applicable
  • Ensuring your use of the integration is lawful

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, pricing changes, account suspensions, or data issues caused by third-party providers.

  1. WhatsApp Business Platform Features

BullCRM may provide WhatsApp Business communication features that allow business clients to connect their own Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, and WhatsApp phone numbers.

These features may include:

  • WhatsApp account connection
  • Phone number management
  • WhatsApp inbox
  • Incoming and outgoing messages
  • Approved template messaging
  • Template submission and sync
  • Proactive customer messaging
  • Campaign tracking
  • Delivery, read, and failed status tracking
  • Customer conversation history
  • Reporting and automation

You understand that WhatsApp Business Platform access is subject to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms, policies, pricing, messaging limits, template approval rules, quality rules, and platform requirements.

BullCRM does not guarantee approval of your WhatsApp Business Account, message templates, phone numbers, business verification, messaging limits, or Meta permissions.

You are responsible for ensuring that all WhatsApp messages sent through BullCRM comply with applicable laws, consent requirements, customer opt-in rules, anti-spam rules, Meta policies, and WhatsApp Business Platform rules.

  1. WhatsApp Templates, Messaging, and Consent

You must only send WhatsApp messages to customers where you have a lawful basis and required permission or opt-in.

You agree not to send:

  • Spam or unsolicited messages
  • Misleading or deceptive messages
  • Messages to users who have opted out
  • Messages that violate Meta or WhatsApp policies
  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • Content that infringes third-party rights

BullCRM may block, pause, reject, throttle, or limit messages, campaigns, templates, or accounts if we believe they may violate laws, platform policies, quality rules, user consent rules, or these Terms.

You are responsible for the content of all messages, templates, campaigns, replies, automations, and files sent or uploaded through your account.

  1. Email, Campaigns, and Communication Tools

If you use BullCRM to send emails, campaigns, or other communications, you are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam, privacy, marketing, and consent laws.

You agree to:

  • Send messages only to lawful recipients
  • Maintain proper consent records where required
  • Include unsubscribe or opt-out options where required
  • Honor opt-out and deletion requests
  • Avoid misleading subject lines or sender identities
  • Avoid sending harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content

BullCRM may limit or suspend sending if your account causes high bounce rates, spam complaints, abuse reports, platform warnings, or deliverability risks.

  1. Customer Data and Platform Data

“Customer Data” means data, content, files, messages, contacts, leads, communications, and other information that you or your users submit to BullCRM.

“Platform Data” may include information received from connected third-party platforms, such as WhatsApp Business account details, phone number details, message templates, template status, incoming messages, outgoing message status, delivery status, read status, and customer replies.

You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant BullCRM permission to process Customer Data and Platform Data only as needed to provide, secure, improve, support, and operate the services.

We do not sell WhatsApp Platform Data or use it for third-party advertising.

Each client’s data is kept separate and used only to provide services for that client, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of BullCRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection, upload, processing, and use of personal data through BullCRM complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Where you act as a business collecting or controlling personal data, you are responsible for:

  • Giving required notices to customers
  • Getting valid consent where required
  • Responding to data requests
  • Keeping data accurate and lawful
  • Using BullCRM only for lawful business purposes
  • Avoiding upload of unnecessary sensitive information

BullCRM will process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement, if provided.

  1. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account data according to our data deletion process.

Some data may be retained where required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Tax and accounting records
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Backup restoration
  • Enforcing our agreements
  • Platform audit or compliance obligations

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BullCRM to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Send spam or unauthorized communications
  • Commit fraud or impersonation
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Interfere with platform security or operation
  • Access another user’s account or data
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer BullCRM
  • Send abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, or harmful content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Violate Meta, WhatsApp, email provider, payment gateway, or other third-party policies
  • Resell or misuse BullCRM outside permitted business use
  • Overload, attack, or disrupt our systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

  1. AI, Automation, and Bot Features

BullCRM may include AI, chatbot, automation, or recommendation features.

You are responsible for reviewing and controlling automated messages, AI-generated content, workflows, and actions before or after they are used, depending on your configuration.

AI and automation features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable outputs. You should not rely on them as professional, legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice.

You are responsible for ensuring automated communications comply with customer consent, platform rules, and applicable laws.

  1. Intellectual Property

BullCRM, including its software, design, features, branding, workflows, documentation, website, logos, and related materials, is owned by Jamtech Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from BullCRM unless expressly allowed in writing.

You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide and operate the services.

  1. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or improvement requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

We may use feedback to improve BullCRM, create new features, modify existing services, or develop related products.

  1. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep BullCRM available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

Service may be affected by:

  • Maintenance
  • Internet or hosting issues
  • Third-party provider outages
  • Meta, WhatsApp, email, or payment gateway issues
  • Security incidents
  • Force majeure events
  • Software bugs or technical problems

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of BullCRM at any time. Where practical, we will provide notice for material changes.

  1. Beta Features

Some features may be released as beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice. We may discontinue beta features at any time.

Use beta features at your own risk.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay fees
  • You misuse the platform
  • Your activity creates legal, security, deliverability, or compliance risk
  • A third-party provider restricts your connected account
  • We are required to do so by law or platform policy

You may stop using BullCRM at any time. Termination does not remove your obligation to pay outstanding fees or charges incurred before termination.

  1. Disclaimers

BullCRM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or specific business results.

We do not guarantee:

  • Increase in sales or leads
  • WhatsApp template approval
  • Meta business verification
  • Message delivery or read rates
  • Email inbox placement
  • Campaign performance
  • Third-party platform availability
  • Compliance outcomes from your use of BullCRM

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullCRM and Jamtech Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to BullCRM will not exceed the amount paid by you to BullCRM for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullCRM, Jamtech Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of BullCRM
  • Your Customer Data
  • Your messages, campaigns, templates, or automations
  • Your violation of laws or third-party policies
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of WhatsApp, Meta, email, or other integrations
  • Claims from your customers or end users

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or BullCRM.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may notify you through the website, dashboard, email, or other reasonable method.

Your continued use of BullCRM after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
