You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

  1. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your Google account:

  • You authorize BullEye to access permitted Google Business Profile data
  • You confirm you have authority over connected business locations
  • You acknowledge Google services are governed by Google’s own terms and policies

We are not responsible for:

  • Google API limitations
  • Suspended business profiles
  • Review removals
  • Changes to Google APIs

  1. AI Features

AI-generated replies are suggestions only.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing responses
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
  • Verifying accuracy before publishing

BullEye does not guarantee AI-generated content accuracy.

  1. Acceptable Use

Users may not:
* Violate laws or regulations
* Upload malicious content
* Attempt unauthorized access
* Abuse APIs or integrations
* Send spam or fraudulent communications
* Use the platform for illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.

6. Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions:

  • Are billed in advance
  • May renew automatically
  • Are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, designs, and systems remain the property of Jamtech Technologies Private Limited.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded business data.

  1. Data & Backups

While we implement backup and security measures:

  • Users remain responsible for maintaining copies of critical business data
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or zero data loss

We may:

  • Modify features
  • Suspend services
  • Perform maintenance
  • Limit access for security or operational reasons

without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bull CRM and BullEye are provided “as is”
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user during the preceding 3 months

We may terminate or suspend accounts:

  • For policy violations
  • For abuse or fraudulent activity
  • For non-payment
  • To comply with legal requirements

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
