Data deletion requests
Business clients using BullCRM may request deletion of their account data, WhatsApp connection data, conversations, templates, campaign records, and related CRM records associated with their organization.
To submit a deletion request, email support@bullcrm.io from your registered account email and include your company name and tenant/workspace details. We will verify ownership and process eligible deletion requests in line with our data retention and legal obligations.
WhatsApp Platform Data connected through a client's own WhatsApp Business Account is used only to provide the messaging service for that client and is deleted or disconnected when the client requests account deletion or disconnects their WhatsApp Business Account from BullCRM.
